Refund Policy 



Due to the nature of our products being in downloadable formats, we are unable to provide customers with refunds. Non-refundable items include downloadable software products and gift cards. We strive for high quality across our product range and carry out numerous quality checks to make sure that you are receiving only the best products. However we do acknowledge that mistakes can be made in many forms. If you suspect there is anything wrong with your product, get in touch. After inspection we will fix the product and replace it within a reasonable time. We are happy to issue a refund or store credit for duplicate purchases.In this instance, send us a refund request and we will sort this for you.

Please make sure when you are making a purchase that it is what you want, as mistakes cannot be seen as a reason for refunds. Please listen to the demos, read the product description and software requirements carefully before you purchase.

The customer is responsible to have the knowledge required to use the product.

If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the product or have any questions, please contact us directly at before you purchase to ensure that it is suitable for your purposes. 

Once your refund request is received and your case has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and to notify you whether we have approved or rejected your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
