What is it?
Our very own Resonator Selecta Audio Effect rack is a creative tool to add harmonic musical interest to any sound. This rack makes use of Abletons Resonator effect which typically takes any sound source, runs it through some delay and tunes the signal chromatically. With our rack you can skim through various presets and add harmonic interest to any sound tuned to the note of your choosing.
How to install and use this rack?
To install, navigate to your user library and locate where your Audio Effects racks are stored. Then drop this .adg file in that folder and open it in your next session.
Its use is fairly simple but here is our suggestion. Add this audio rack onto any track. We recommend music or our personal favourite of rhythmic loops (typically sounds like drums that don't already have melodic content), but feel free to experiment with any source. Once loaded, choose a preset, set the root note and adjust the dry/wet to taste. Any questions let us know.
Other information...
The rack uses only Ableton's native effects (Resonator). This rack should open in most versions of Ableton.
